Tracing, Reintegration/ Resettlement

It’s a natural fact that children do not belong in orphanages/ institutions; reintegration forms an integral part of our functions as an organization. This includes Relatives / family members' tracing, psychosocial support to both the child and the familyas a way of enhancing a social bondage between them and ultimately preparing the relatives or parents to re unite with the Child.

It is a gradual process that involves re-uniting the child with their families. The exercise is carried out by a team of our social workers with the probation and social welfare officers as line government representatives and local council authorities together with recipient families. In this endeavor, Chrystal Children’s Center collaborates with other likeminded civil society organizations.

The modest resettlement package constituting of Bedding, Shoes, Clothes and other neccesities is given to the child as they are resettled. Our social Workers routinely follow up the resettled children with in their families and report on the progress.
